Delete Your Tigris Market Account
You can request deletion of your Tigris Market account and associated personal data using the Delete Account option in the Tigris app or by submitting a request through the email link below.
Request deletion by email
Use the email address associated with your Tigris account. Please include your account email address and display name so we can locate your account. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
You may also email tigrismarket.support@gmail.com with the subject line “Tigris Market Account Deletion Request.”
What happens after a verified request
After we verify your request, we will delete your account and personal data that we are not required to retain. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Some information may be retained when necessary for completed purchases, refunds, chargebacks, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, or enforcement of marketplace policies. Retained information will not be used to reactivate your account.
Account deletion does not cancel orders, returns, refunds, payment disputes, or other transactions already in progress. Those matters will continue to be handled under the applicable order and payment processes.
